I know you are not famous for great thoughts and ideas, but you have got to be pretty ****ing naive to think that the goons are just being dumb in the way they use the r64 isk.
Being in Ushra'Khan, you have most likely never really done anything of note, and probably forget your heroic days of ~InSurGenCee~ - but if there is a glimmer of hope, you may just remember POS, Stations (lol u'k), and various POS modules cost a fair chunk of isk. In this war, you win if you have POS to deploy and deploy them efficiently, that is why it is so horrendous and boring.
so you're suggesting the ISK isnt being used to fund big shiny toys which are not really needed and will benefit few people?
managing the ISK effectively, and mismanaging it whilst also paying for POS fuel etc, are different things
